Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once order processing begins. Refunds may be provided for duplicate orders or system errors when no processing work has started.

Processing begins when we review documents, submit to the DMV, generate paperwork or shipping labels, or take other operational steps on your order.

California DMV and state fees are separate from USA Car Tags service fees and are non-refundable under California law.

Submit refund requests within 30 days of payment to support@usacartags.com. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
