USACarTags is a licensed Business Partner Automation (BPA) provider offering premium DMV services. We are not the California DMV, but we provide faster, safer, and fully online DMV services that can also be obtained at no extra cost from the official DMV.

USACarTags provides the following DMV services:

• Vehicle Registration Renewal: Process registration renewals for California vehicles
• Replacement Sticker: Order replacement registration stickers
• Title Transfer: Facilitate vehicle title transfers between parties
• Title Replacement: Order replacement vehicle titles
• Order Tracking: Track the status of your DMV service requests

All services are subject to California DMV regulations and requirements. Processing times may vary based on DMV workload and service type.

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees are due at the time of service request
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins
• Additional DMV fees may apply and are separate from our service fees
• Prices are subject to change without notice

By using our services, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for fraudulent purposes

Our refund policy:

• Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins
• Refunds may be provided for duplicate orders or system errors
• DMV fees are non-refundable and are determined by the California DMV
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment
• Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days

In no event shall USACarTags, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
