Acceptance of Terms
By using USACarTags.com you agree to these terms. USACarTags is a licensed DMV Business Partner Automation provider; we are not the California DMV.
Services Description
We provide registration renewal, replacement stickers, title transfer, title replacement, and order tracking subject to California DMV rules. Processing times vary.
Payment Terms
Fees are due at checkout. We accept major cards via Stripe. Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins. DMV fees are separate and may apply.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, comply with laws, and not misuse our services or systems.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Processing times are not guaranteed. Services require DMV approval. We do not provide legal advice. USACarTags is not responsible for DMV delays beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins. Refunds may apply for duplicate orders or system errors. DMV fees are non-refundable. Refund requests within 30 days; processing 5–10 business days.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use SSL and secure payment processing.
Intellectual Property
Site content and features are owned by USACarTags and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
USACarTags is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved in Orange County, California courts.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. Material changes will receive notice when practicable. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
